Minding Creative Minds is Ireland’s free, 24/7 support service for people working in music, film, theatre, and live events. Counselling, career advice, legal and financial help, all under one roof, built by the sector for the sector. I love that it’s by the creative sector, for the creative sector.
As demand on their services grew, MCM asked me to work with the board and leadership on an ambitious fundraising strategy. It sat within a wider piece of strategic planning and brand positioning work I did with the team. Together we set out to diversify income across philanthropic giving, corporate partnerships, and events, and to build a patrons and ambassadors programme to carry it forward.
