Minding Creative Minds is Ireland’s free, 24/7 support service for people working in music, film, theatre, and live events.
As demand on their services grew, MCM asked me to develop a strategic plan with the leadership team and board, to set a clear direction for the organisation. I wanted the plan to sound like the people it was for, not like a document written about them. The work drew on major consultation across seven listening streams, reaching over 700 voices. Alongside the plan, we refreshed the vision, mission, and values, and built new theory of change and monitoring frameworks.
Feedback from the board and key stakeholders was very positive, and the plan is now feeding into annual planning.
